A Research-Driven Department

The Research Facilities at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, AVIT- established in 2008- are designed to foster innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and impactful technological advancements at the intersection of engineering and healthcare. The department provides a robust ecosystem equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced simulation tools, and dedicated research labs that support cutting-edge work in areas such as Medical Instrumentation, Biosignal Processing, Medical Imaging, Biosensors & Bio-MEMS, Medical Robotics, Biomaterials, Rehabilitation Engineering, and Healthcare IoT.
