The Composition and responsibilities of the Committee are as per University Grants Commission (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019, Gazetted on 6th May, 2019
Suggestion Box shall be opened once in fortnight during the presence of any two members (Faculty) and one student member. If the Student Council President is unavailable on that day, any one member of student council shall participate.

Periodicity: Once in a month or case to case basis
