Refund Policy
AVIT Admission Refund Policy
- The Admission Office is responsible for the refund process.
- The counseling processing fee of Rs. 1000 is not refundable.
- The request for cancellation of admission must be submitted via email to admissions@vinayakamissions.com.
- Requests for refunds should be made on the prescribed refund request form.
- The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account as per the details provided in the refund request form. Refunds will be processed only via bank transfer or cheque and will be made in the name of the student only.
- The paperwork for the refund will be initiated upon receipt of the following documents:
- Filled refund request form
- All receipts for the payment of fees
- Pre-Allotment Letter (PAL)
- The date of the request will be considered the formal withdrawal date of admission. This date will be used to determine the eligible percentage of refund as per the UGC notification.
Refund Timelines

- Application Fee – NO REFUND
- Counselling Processing charges – NO REFUND
Important Notes
- The counseling processing fee of Rs. 1000 is not refundable.
- The above policy applies regardless of whether the student has attended any classes.
- The above policy is applicable to candidates cancelling due to NEET counselling, CENTAC, etc.
- The application fee and entrance test fee, where applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- For candidates deemed ineligible (either due to failure or insufficient aggregate percentage), the entire paid amount will be refunded after deducting the application cost.
- If all documents submitted for a refund are in order, the processing and transfer of the refund will take 30 working days.
- It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit the required documents for timely processing of the refund.
- Any disputes regarding admission, eligibility, fees, or refunds will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Salem only.
