The Indian Biomedical Skill Consortium (IBSC), in collaboration with AMTZ (Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone), Vizag, brings hands-on biomedical engineering training to AVIT- covering medical equipment troubleshooting, clinical laboratory equipment, and healthcare safety & standards.
Students get internship opportunities and placement support with MedTech startups and industry leaders, alongside hands-on experience in AMTZ's cutting-edge MedTech labs at Vizag and a dedicated capstone project.

Other fee payable at the time of admission:
- Career Advancement Fee – ₹17,500 (First Year); ₹15,000 from Second Year onwards
- Caution Deposit (refundable) – ₹5,000
- Skill Lab & Development Fee – ₹3,600 per year (18% GST)
- Examination Fee – As per university norms
Eligibility: Pass with 60% aggregate in 10+2 examination or equivalent
